PETA's "Sex Talk" ad expanding reach, how would it be received around these parts?

PETA is expanding the reach of its "Sex Talk" ad to the 10 states with highest teen pregnancy rates, in order to promote spaying and neutering (and in order to get a LOT of attention). FOX News is already covering the story.
